Tehran International Permanent Fairground
The Department of Environment (DOE) is holding the “Fifteenth International Environment Exhibition in Tehran ˮ on International Permanent Fairground. Paying attention to the environmental issues in the world today, not only as a mere law and national duty, but also as a kind of investment that has a substantial economical benefit, is remarkable.
Aligning environment and economy as a new opportunity for profit of economic institutions, has redefined a new concept for “Environment”. To move towards sustainable development, it is required to focus all of our strategies based on sustainability and on the triangle of economy, society and environment.
Of course, no country is excluded from this discussion. In this context, all enterprises can be extremely influential. For example, Iran as one of top 20 largest countries in the world, has high capacities, being among the most unique countries in the world.
On the way to development, it is possible to exploit the issues of climate change, water, soil, and biodiversity in Iran. To thank these blessings, we shall exploit the existing resources in a sound manner and it needs proper planning. In our way to achieve the vision, paying attention seriously to the issue of sustainable development, in addition to leading to more success, this can be effective in increasing the standard of living and environmental circumstances of Iran in the global level.
The 14ͭ ͪ International Environment Exhibition, 21-24 February 2015 was held in Tehran International permanent Fairground with more than 290 companies in the space of 11000 m² in 4 main halls that had well over 50,000 visitors.
The main objective of holding this year’s “ International Environment Exhibition ”, which has the slogan “ Green Economy-The New Post Sanctions Era ” , is introducing technical capacities of specialized industrialists and manufacturers of the countries around the world to provide the platform for communication and interaction between activists in this industry and foreign companies present in the 16 ͭ ͪ exhibition .
Hence, all economic activists in the fallowing related fields active in the protection of environment within private, governmental, public and cooperative sectors are invited to participate in this exhibition.
